WEBWith a GTX 1080 TI if you want 60FPS with need to lower the resolution to 480p. In Metro Exodus some outdoor scenes in with the latest update would work at 60FPS, but as soon you stepped in doors, the frame rate would drop to below 10. For the diference in price I would say 1080 TI.

The GTX 1660 Super does not have hardware ray tracing. However you can enable ray tracing with it like any other GTX card. The performance is terrible though.

WEBRTX cards are just designed to do it faster. You don't need RT cores to actually do Ray Tracing but those RT cores helps take the load off of the regular Shaders/CUDA Cores. You can do Ray Tracing on any Nvidia card from the GTX 1060 6GB or better but anything below an RTX 2060 won't cope with it as well.

WEBIm running it on ultra (non ray tracing) with my 2070 Super and getting a steady 71FPS according to NZXT so you should be fine with yours However with ray tracing youre going to notice a performance dip because the game is not fully optimized yet
