The load data varies by lot #, some use H110 data, some use AA#9 data. I got a batch that uses the H110 data from Jeff Bartlett @ gibrass. I am wondering if I should use a magnum primer with this powder.

WEBJan 7, 2017 · I didn't have to measure it as the pressures were low due to the slow burning rate of the powder. It would usually give me @1300 FPS out of your standard military barrel. A tight crimp was an absolute. BTW, back in the day, they called this a duplex load. We used to buy the surplus powder for anywhere from $14 to $22 for a gallon jug.

The residue from the ammo gets phospate salts on the metal which attracts moisture and very rapidly causes the metal to rust. Non-corrosive ammo uses a different chemical composition and doesn't have the moisture attraction that corrosive does.

I have a production M9, and it's an awesome pistol, it's marked "M9", but compared to a mil-issue it's missing a couple proof mark stamps that most would never notice.

It is military surplus without any import marks on it. The serial number is T324477. The grips have the numbers 10 BN on one side and KK-7 on the other. they apparently have red paint on the fli sides.

As it stands under GCA only Firearms with a sporting purpose and curios and relics can be imported. That’s why “assault weapons” can’t be imported without the 922r parts on them. Not sure why FFL-03 can’t import surplus C&R firearms...
