Playstation Store asking me to buy game I already own. PS
WEBNov 10, 2022 · I go into my library and download it just fine. Even once downloaded, the in-game shop has a check mark icon next to the game. Everything shows that I own it except for the PS5 store that is asking me to spend the $59.99. I contact PlayStation support and they can also see that I have purchased Hitman 3.

While the PS5 store is indeed bad, it's still leagues more responsive than the PS4 "store", which was the worst console storefront I've ever been subjected to. So while I still dont like it, its at least serviceable when I need to use it on occasion.

I really like the PS5 but the store is so stupid compared to Steam
WEBNov 29, 2023 · Steam is definitely going to make everything else look bad, but yes, the worst qualities of the PS5 store are very, very bad. UX has been kind of a sore spot for PlayStation since the end of PS3 generation imo. PS4 made improvements over time but was still pretty poor overall too, especially considering their market and mindshare lead.

On Switch, sure the eshop loading is kind of horrible, but when you move your cursor over a game, there is a little .gif that play and show you a series of screenshots, to give you a taste.
Does anyone else have persistent internet issues with their PS5?
WEBSep 12, 2024 · I have a launch PS5 hardwired and just about a month, month and a half ago I started noticing similar issues. It started with trying to change the Appear Offline/Online switch not working. Which would then affect my friends list. But I was still connected online. I could access the store, online games, media apps, etc.
