WEBSep 16, 2022 — Switch between 2.4 & 5.0 GHZ connections on my PS5, eventually it would load stuff on the store front temporarily. I could still download games through the PS App to my PS5 if I couldn't load the store. Rebuild Database & Clear Cache on the PS5. Would temporarily fix it too.

I then got an e-mail confirming my request and I was told that it would take 30 days until the deletion progress would be complete.
