WEBI have also bought a set of resistance bands to build up some muscle. so my plan is the following, daily workout routine : wake up at 6:30 am and spend max 30 mins working out. i want to alternate cardio work out and resistance bands work out. so i was thinking monday and every other day cardio, tuesday and every other day resistance bands.

I heavily advise Quantum, Clench, and XBar Resistance 2.0 for a great complete equipment set that uses a nylon sheathed excellent quality modular set of tube style bands instead of layered loops.

To start with you want each 1 fingerwith wide, 2 fingerwith and 3 fingerwith. As you progress you might want to add a second of each and a 4 fingerwith band. Decathlons are 50% rubber and 50% latex.

WEBJan 8, 2012 · Some of my favorite supplemental work with bands are: Reverse band bench rows seen here at our gym we generally try to hold the contraction for a 5 count. Really good at teaching you to stay tight in the bench press. I like using them for some shoulder prehab work as well.
