The only transportation option is the fee Glacier Point Tour Bus from Yosemite Valley Lodge to Glacier Point. For information about enjoying Yosemite and especially Yosemite Valley, I highly recommend asking on the TripAdvisor Yosemite National Park forum page. There will be plenty to do in Yosemite Valley and elsewhere in the Park when the high country roads are still closed for the winter.
