There is an assortment of appliances and cookware to meet your needs so feel free to dine in or try some of the local great restaurants. There is seating for 12 at the dining table and 4 more at the island. The living room accommodates multiple seating arrangements to enjoy the smart TV. There are smart-TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc., you can use if you have subscriptions to those accounts. PLEASE NOTE: We do allow animals but require a pet fee of $100 per animal. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.
