Incredibly pretty small town during Christmas time. Festive lights and decor were all over the place. Very clean, safe, and walkable area with good food options.Full review by Princes5xo

I don't remember seeing them along the streets. However, one can easily stop by any shops/restaurants for snacks and coffee to rest. Another option is to stop by the public library to rest, use their bathrooms, browse at their items on sale, have your parking tickets for the garage validated, etc, Enjoy your visit!
We r senior citizens. Hubby has a mobility scooter what can we do for several hrs other than a casino which is nice while family goes white water rafting afting

Depending on the day, there are different events. I'd suggest checking in with the tourism bureau.
Where can i stay that is the nearest to the downtown area. I'm with my elderly mom and grandmother and I'd like them to be able to enjoy the parks and things without having to drive everywhere

Dear Georgelina P- There are several Bed and Breakfasts in the downtown historic district that might be ideal for you - one is the Hill House B&B at 12 W 3rd St, architecturally one of the nicest streets downtown and very close to Baker Park, Market St. and the Carroll Creek Park walk. Also there is a vacation home Creekside House at 24 S Court St. You can Google these separately or go to Visit Frederick website for full lists of accomodations downtown, and also is a great guide for walking tours with maps of the downtown area. You will enjoy your trip!
