The Indiana Fever opened the season 2–2 through their first four games with sophomore guard Caitlin Clark on the floor. In her absence, the Fever have gone 2–3, entering Saturday’s rematch against New York with a 4–5 record.

Caitlin Clark missed her fifth straight game and Sophie Cunningham also sat with injury and the Fever lost 77-58 to the Dream on Tuesday.

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark has become a common sight at Pacers playoff games, which has been a good thing for the club. According to the Indianapolis Star, Clark has attended a total of eight Pacers postseason games during this incredible run to the NBA Finals.

Not much went to plan for the Chicago Sky on Saturday night. They lost 79-52 to the shorthanded Indiana Fever. Even worse, veteran point guard Courtney Vandersloot went down with an ugly knee injury in the first quarter.
