The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office issued a statewide Texas Amber Alert on Friday afternoon for a missing 11-year-old Athens girl, according to a copy of the alert. Mia James was last seen in the 6200 block of County Road 3925 in Athens around 8:30 Thursday night, authorities said.
