The question of who should be responsible for keeping the French Quarter safe has been a thorny one for decades.

The FBI just released another photo of Shamsud-Din Jabbar from his October visit to New Orleans. The photo shows Jabbar riding through the French Quarter on a bicycle on October 31st.

Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) officials suspended its Trusted Traveler Program on Friday citing by order of the U.S. Northern Command commander, during the suspension period, a 100% ID check will be enforced at all gates for individuals 18-years-old and over.
