Devils defensemen Luke Hughes and Brenden Dillon are out with injuries for Game 2 of their first-round playoff series against the Hurricanes.

Defensemen Brenden Dillon and Luke Hughes will miss Game 2 of their first-round series with the Hurricanes on Tuesday with injuries they suffered in the 4-1 Game 1 loss, Devils coach Sheldon Keefe said after Tuesday’s morning skate. Center Cody Glass, who also was injured during Game 1, will be back in the lineup.

The New Jersey Devils are going to have an even harder time against the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 2 than they did in Game 1, as they're going to be down not just one, but two more blueliners.
