The nominees for this year's European Film Awards have been unveiled, with "Emilia Pérez," "The Substance" and "The Room Next Door" all up for best European film. Movies also in the running for the ceremony's top award - which was expanded this year to include documentaries and animated features - are Lina Soualem's "Bye Bye Tiberias";

The 37th European Film Awards, which take place annually in the lakeside Swiss city of Lucerne, have unveiled their nominations for 2024.
