A federal judge in California has ruled that scientific evidence of fluoride’s health risks when ingested at current levels requires stricter regulation under the 2016 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Research shows that adding fluoride to drinking water may pose an unreasonable risk to public health. Our lawsuit now compels the EPA to address this threat.
