Chicago Bears coach Matt Eberflus spoke with reporters Monday afternoon after reviewing the 20-19 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at Soldier Field. Eberflus now is tasked with helping his team move on from its fourth straight loss and prepare for another tough meeting with the Minnesota Vikings (8-2) in Week 12.

In the aftermath of the loss, Bears coach Matt Eberflus defended his decision to kick the 46-yard attempt rather than run an additional play. But come Monday, Eberflus turned his attention to another aspect of that blocked field goal: He thinks the refs missed a penalty.

According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Eberflus and the Bears will turn in the game-losing play to the league office because Green Bay's defenders "were on our long snapper". According to league rules, the center must remain uncovered on a field goal attempt, and a defensive player cannot jump on an opponent in an effort to block a kick.
