As South Dakota wraps up another election day, the fate of recreational marijuana hangs in the balance with Initiated Measure 29 (IM 29). Polls have closed, and preliminary results show a tight race with 40% in favor and 60% opposed, based on 38% of precincts reporting as of 10:55 p.m. Tuesday.
