Paul Teal’s cause of death has been revealed after news the “One Tree Hill” actor died following a health battle. Teal passed away at 35 on Friday, with his fiancée, Emilia Torello, telling TMZ that he lived only seven months after being diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer in April.
