Rory McIlroy said recently that one of his aims for 2025 was to catch Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele, as the two best players in the world had separated themselves from the pack during stellar years.

Ahead of this week’s DP World Tour Championship, which will mark McIlroy’s last official start of the year, he laid out his goals for 2025.
