Cade Cunningham injury update status for tonight's game between Detroit Pistons, fresh off playoff clincher, and Ja Morant and Memphis Grizzlies.

Morant has battled injuries, including a series of shoulder issues, all year long and has appeared in only 43 of Memphis’ 73 games this season. The club has a 28-15 record in those contests and has gone just 16-14 when its star point guard is unavailable.

For the game, they could be without their best player, as Cade Cunningham is on the injury report. The 2025 NBA All-Star has missed five games in a row, so this would be his sixth straight out of action (if he doesn't play).
