Pistons head coach JB Bickerstaff provided a major co-sign for guard Cade Cunningham after they defeated the Knicks.

Cade Cunningham poured in 36 points and recorded eight assists as the host Detroit Pistons pulled out a 115-106 comeback victory over the New York Knicks in a preview of a potential first-round playoff matchup on Thursday night.

"I feel great now," Cunningham said. "So, I feel good going into the playoffs. It was a good game for me to try to shake off the rust."
