The Eagles have opened trade negotiations over the last several months for tight end Dallas Goedert. The 30-year-old pass catcher is looking for a long-term extension and carries a cap charge of over $11 million in 2025. Philadelphia wants to save money. Goedert wants more. It's not hard to see where this can end up.

Eagles insider Anthony DiBona is among the masses who sees Goedert moving on during the draft. He recently proposed a wild trade idea with the NFC East rival New York Giants, with Goedert heading to N.Y. and star EDGE rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux coming back to Philly:

With one year remaining on his contract and no signs of an extension coming, the Super Bowl champion tight end could be on the trade block. One team has -- at the very least -- checked in on Goedert.
