Ms. Allen is the Legal Division Director for the Maryland State Treasurer's Office where she provides guidance with respect to the federal tax and securities laws applicable to the State's bonds.

In an effort to boost Medicaid and stabilize the state's budget, the Maryland Board of Public Works on Wednesday approved Democratic Governor Wes Moore's plan to cut $148.3 million in state spending.
