but Deadline are now reporting that HBO are working on closing deals with Janet McTeer and Paapa Essiedu to fill the roles of Professor Minerva McGonagall and Professor Severus Snape respectively.

According to Deadline, McTeer is set to take on the role of Minerva McGonagall, while Essiedu will play Severus Snape, joining John Lithgow, who was previously reported as Albus Dumbledore.
