Oregon Senate advances bill that could stop clock changes
Kim Thatcher, R-Keizer. SB 1038 would apply only to the parts of Oregon in the Pacific Time Zone. Most of Malheur County is in the Mountain Time Zone and would be unaffected by the bill.
