The driver of a truck has been charged in the death of three Somerset-area construction workers who were fixing I-83 in York.

HARRISBURG, Pa. – A bill honoring Pennsylvania Department of Transportation workers killed in the line of duty was passed by the state Senate Wednesday, according to Sen. Dave Argall.
