Adam Proffitt, who is the secretary of the Kansas Department of Administration and the governor's budget director, will be the 2025 president of the National Association of State Chief Administrators.

Ty Proffitt was born and raised in Fairbanks. His Father Rob was already a fixture in the local hockey community. While following his dad around to the local rinks, Ty grew to love the game too.
