Though Southport killer Axel Rudakubana was sentenced to 52 years for the murder of three girls aged 6 to 9, some are asking if the authorities should have recognised him as a threat before the attack.

Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, died in the attack in July last year.
