The Green Bay Packers announced four promotions for scouts and one veteran addition to Brian Gutekunst's personnel department on Wednesday. Gutekunst promoted Mike Owen, Daric Whipple, Sam Fleming and Connor Koch to new roles and added Dan Zegers, a veteran scout with past experience for two NFL teams.
