Athletes from Robstown, Kingsville, Refugio, Calallen, IWA, Gregory-Portland, Banquete and Veterans Memorial are finalists for this week's honor.

Silver Lake Regional's Delaney Moquin has been voted the South Shore High School Softball Player of the Week. The senior received over 1,200 votes to earn the honor. Moquin threw a perfect game with 11 strikeouts in a 20-0 win over Plymouth North. In a 5-inning 12-0 win over Duxbury, she struck out 11 while allowing 2 hits.
