Nissan North America is still working through details for factory workers at the Canton Nissan plant who will be offered voluntary buyout packages in a cost-cutting move by the Japanese automaker.

Nissan will offer buyouts to employees at its Canton, Mississippi plant. The buyouts are part of a cost-cutting measure and will impact production lines in both Canton and Smyrna, Tennessee.
