NORFOLK, Va. — A 4-year-old child has been found and a suspect is in custody following an AMBER Alert issued out of Norfolk Monday. Norfolk Police say Kai Foreman, 4, was found safe just after 1 a.m. Tuesday at a home in Virginia Beach. Tyli Scott, 27, was taken into custody.
The Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert on behalf of the Norfolk Police Department, for a child abduction that occurred on June 16 at 11:40 am.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Action News, Darrian Randle admitted to lying about the kidnapping of Nola Dinkins.
