Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton made franchise history in the postseason loss to the Washington Commanders

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are preparing to welcome the Washington Commanders to Raymond James Stadium for a high-powered Wild Card clash. When the Buccaneers take the field, head coach Todd Bowles is expecting to see most of his roster on the field.

Otton (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders.

The Bucs had a walk-through rather than a more strenuous practice, and they'll presumably list Otton as a limited participant on the official injury report Wednesday afternoon/evening. He missed the final three games of the regular season,

The Bucs' 2024 season was injury-riddled, to say the least. The long list of injured Bucs players included stars like Mike Evans, Antoine Winfield Jr., Cade Otton and more. According to some, the silver lining to all the injuries is that it allowed new and younger talent to gain playing time.

The Buccaneers signed 17 players to reserve/futures contracts on Tuesday, and all had been on the team's practice squad or practice squad/injured list at the end of the 2024 season. On Wednesday, the Bucs gave out one more futures deal to a player from outside the organization.
