In Season 23, “Idol” fans are able to cast up to 10 votes per voting method: text, the “American Idol” app, and the “American Idol” website. Viewers will vote again this coming Sunday, when the Top 14 contestants participate in a “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” round that will revisit music released by Hall of Fame inductees.
