Ichiro Suzuki, CC Sabathia and Billy Wagner were elected to the Hall on Tuesday, and all three overcame notable physical obstacles en route to Cooperstown.

According to Adam Dore, who studies the Wagner vote for the Hall of Fame Tracker, 19 current voters who once voted for Hoffman have revealed their 2025 ballots. Of those 19, only seven (36.8 percent) checked Wagner’s name on their ballots this year.

Ichiro Suzuki and CC Sabathia were elected to the Hall of Fame by the Baseball Writers Association of America on Tuesday. Billy Wagner also received enough votes to round out the 2025 Hall of Fame class. Results were unveiled in an election show on MLB Network.
