Sebastian Zapeta, the Guatemalan man accused of lighting a sleeping subway rider on fire and watching her burn to death on a Brooklyn subway car, was arraigned Tuesday.

The man accused of setting a woman on fire on a subway train in Brooklyn is expected back in court on Tuesday.

During an initial court appearance in December, Zapeta-Calil claimed to have no knowledge of the incident, noting his alcohol consumption.

Prosecutors say the 33-year-old from Guatemala lit the 57-year-old New Jersey native on fire on a stopped F train at Brooklyn's Coney Island station on Dec. 22.
