Discontinue 48 hrs before to 24 hrs after myelography. Cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, or liver disease. Epilepsy. Glaucoma. History of breast cancer. Exposure to extreme heat or organophosphates.

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). May be stored in a contrast media warmer for up to one month, not to exceed 37°C (98.6°F).
