Following last week's deadly shooting, FSU students are asking lawmakers to pass some measures — and reject others — to prevent future gun violence.

The students, some of whom were present during the shooting, called for stricter gun safety measures and expressed frustration with the lack of response from state leaders. They proposed a five-point plan that includes mandatory lockable classroom doors,
