The Pittsburgh Penguins suffered a 3-2 overtime loss to the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday, but the departure of Sidney Crosby in the third period after a collision with Luke Hughes and Erik Haula was arguably the most concerning moment of the game for Pittsburgh fans.

It was a huge sigh of relief when the star forward returned to the game and finished it, with the Penguins losing 3-2 in a shootout, however, on Wednesday, things turned south when Crosby was missing from team practice and head coach Mike Sullivan announced that the Penguins superstar was getting “evaluated for an upper-body injury.”
