The 22-year-old managed to pack all that into something that can be worn on the wrist. His Tempo Rubato is the world’s first mechanical metronome based on the mechanism of a wristwatch.

The study authors defined four features in codas: rhythm, tempo, rubato and ornamentation. Rhythm describes the sequence of intervals between clicks. Tempo is the duration of the entire coda.
