Terry McLaurin held out from the Washington Commanders mandatory minicamp this week, motivating Pro Football Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson to call out the franchise and urge them to work toward a contract extension.

Considering that McLaurin is eligible for NFL free agency next offseason, there’s added incentive for Washington to get a deal done. While the Commanders’ receiver might receive just under the four-year, $132 million extension that Metcalf received, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he gets a multi-year deal in July worth around $32 million per year.
