Bose was one of the very first firms to make a hugely impressive portable Bluetooth speaker, the 2013 SoundLink Mini: I had mine for the best part of a decade and it consistently outperformed its newer rivals with its surprisingly powerful and deep sound.

Bluetooth speakers are now commonplace, and nearly every brand on the planet has at least one in its lineup. Bose has announced two new Bluetooth speakers into its SoundLink lineup, the Home, and the Flex. The Flex was announced last week, while today, Bose announced the addition of the Home.

In its most stylish iteration yet, Bose just introduced the SoundLink Home, a Bluetooth speaker housed in an ultra-steel frame and overlayed with chic gray fabrics.

As the name suggests, the SoundLink Home is the home counterpart to the SoundLink Flex, which is designed to be taken on the go. This one is meant to live on your bookshelf and hopefully fill your room with its guaranteed premium sound.
