Denver's front office has plenty of familiarity with one of the league's new general managers, as New York Jets GM Darren Mougey spent the first 13 years of his career with the Broncos. So as Paton and Payton consider moving up (or down) the board, the Jets might be a team to keep an eye on.

The Denver Broncos can finally head into a draft weekend without focusing on quarterbacks. They drafted Bo Nix in the first round last year and he was terrific as a rookie.

Most NFL teams try to position themselves to have a viable starting option at every position going into the draft but the reality is that not all are adequately addressed and even more are filled by replacement level players.
