Stock Market Highlights: Markets end flat; Nifty below 22,500, Sensex slips 70 points; Infosys, Wipro major losers
FIIs continue selling: The foreign institutional investors are on a selling spree in the Indian equity markets. They have sold Rs 18,810.74 crore in March, 2025. This is the sixth consecutive month of selling. They sold the highest in October, just a month after Nifty and Sensex touched their all-time highs.
Infosys Ltd. closed 20.79% below its 52-week high of 2,006.80 rupees, which the company reached on December 13th.
All IT heavyweights were trading in red, with TCS, Infosys, HCL Tech, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra falling in the range of 3-5%.
