The Trump administration is making moves to sell the Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s headquarters in Washington, D.C., in an effort to consolidate its ownership of prime real estate in the district.

Even with HUD employees returning to the office full-time, the department’s Brutalist headquarters is only half-occupied.

The headquarters announcement comes days after the president repealed decades-old executive orders in an effort to reshape where agencies decide to establish their office locations.
