That’s what Jalen Brunson missed as he recovered from the right ankle sprain he suffered on March 6. The Knicks' captain returned to the floor on Sunday night and received a loud ovation from a Madison Square Garden crowd that hopes he can quickly return to the All-Star form he displayed before the injury.

Brunson missed 15 games after he was hurt late in a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on March 6. He practiced fully with the Knicks for the first time since the injury on Friday and he was cleared to return Sunday following a pregame workout at Madison Square Garden.
