The judge overseeing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal trial has denied the defense’s second request for a mistrial over their claims of “prosecutorial misconduct.”

Judge Arun Subramanian, who is presiding over Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking trial, warned the music mogul that he would be kicked out of the courtroom if he continued to nod at the jury.

U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian said it was "absolutely unacceptable" that Combs would try to interact with the panel during recent testimony.
