Gavin Newsom prepare for a potential legal battle over troops activated to mitigate the protests against ICE raids.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem branded all of Los Angeles “a city of criminals” as she defended the actions of the Trump administration.
The outburst of public dissent occurred over the weekend after ICE began raids across Los Angeles. ICE said on Saturday that its “operations in LA this week” had resulted in 118 arrests of immigrants in Southern California.
