The man accused of kidnapping a pregnant teen from Beaver Dam waived extradition Thursday in Sarpy County, Nebraska, court.

Gary Day, accused of abducting a Wisconsin teen, agreed not to fight extradition back to Wisconsin from Nebraska.

Both states will be immediately notified of the waivers, and Day will continue to be held in Sarpy County without bond.
