Robert Bowers, 45, was arrested for threatening Texas lawmakers and possessing a firearm; no bail set. He's linked to the "No Kings" Austin protest. The Capitol was evacuated but resumed after DPS secured the area.
Protest organizers say it will be a "noise demonstration" to demand an end to deportations and the closure of local ICE detention facilities.
