Norv Turner has spent the last few year away from the NFL, but he is now set to bring more than three decades of coaching experience to his senior advisor role with the Raiders.

But he also added a familiar figure to provide some assistance. The Raiders announced they had hired Norv Turner – Scott Turner's father and a longtime head coach and offensive coordinator in the league – to come out of retirement and join the team's staff as a senior advisor.
